Privacy Policy.
We collect as little as we need to run your servers. This page explains what that is, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name if you add one.
- Server details: the servers you create, their settings, IP addresses, and the SSH public keys you add.
- Activity: actions on your servers (created, rebooted, deleted) and when you accepted our terms.
- Payments: your top-ups, server charges and wallet balance. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment partner Razorpay. We never see or store them.
We do not look at the data stored on your servers, except when needed to investigate abuse or when the law requires it. We never store your servers' root passwords.
Why we use it
- To create and run your servers and your account.
- To send you sign-in links and important service emails.
- To prevent abuse and keep the network safe.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Our infrastructure partners, who run the data centres your servers are in (Germany and Finland).
- Our email provider, to deliver emails to you.
- Razorpay, to process your payments.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except records we must keep by law or to deal with abuse (for example, when you accepted our terms).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to karmaenterprises2021blr@gmail.com. You can delete your account yourself from the dashboard at any time.
