Refund Policy.
Rack'Em is prepaid: you add money to a wallet, and servers draw from it. This page explains when that money can come back to you.
Unused wallet credit
You can ask for a refund of the unused balance in your wallet at any time. We refund it minus any payment gateway fees we can't get back. GST is refunded where the law allows it.
Hourly servers
Hourly servers are charged only for the time they exist, so there's nothing to refund: delete a server and the charges stop straight away.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans are discounted because they're paid upfront. If you delete a yearly server before the year ends, the unused part of the year isn't refunded. If we can't provide the service because of a problem on our side, we'll refund the unused months.
When refunds aren't given
- When an account or server is closed for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- For time a server existed, even if it was switched off or unused.
How to ask for a refund
Email karmaenterprises2021blr@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the amount and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account) through our payment partner, Razorpay. They usually arrive within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
Payment problems
If money left your account but your wallet wasn't credited, write to us with the payment date and amount. We'll either credit your wallet or refund the payment in full.
